&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_blank"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;(which you can do in whatever language you like) and they will be able to help you get this sorted. It sounds like you are actually paying for two accounts unknowingly!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Me ha cargado doble recibo de 9,99 euros mensuales desde diciembre de 2012. Por favor me gustaría que no continuaran haciéndolo. No creo que sea legal este tipo de actuación, ni siquiera accidentalmente. Adjunto documento del banco. Es un ejemplo hay más de todos los meses que han estado haciéndolo. He cancelado mi suscripción hasta que se solucione el tema.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
