Forgoten Password - Email Not Recived

Hi, Thats it, THE problem with Spotify, I forgot my pass, need to upgrade my spoti account to premium but I cant, I send 3 or 4 times but no Email recived, Please Help!!! I've cheked to SPam and everything, just no email.

I'm using an Spanish accaunt, but tryed by bouth ways, .es and .com

Thx for the help, i donno what else to do!

Hi, and welcome to the community!

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to do it for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
