Cannot reset password

For some reason, my password is no longer recognized in Spotify. I am still able to stream from my iPhone and my computer, but my iPad has logged me out.

I did not change my password and the password reset page http://www.spotify.com/password-reset/ no longer works - it directs to the regular profile page where you need your password to make any changes.

It's so frustrating not to be able to use Spotify with my iPad. This is why I purchased Premium.

p.s. the app is working fine. I can log on with other users' credentials - just not my own. I also don't log in with Facebook.

You are logged into your account which is why you can't get to the reset page. Click on your name at the top of the website, select log out and then go back to the password reset page.

I have been trying to upgrade my Spotify after I let the premium expire to change my renewal date. I have forgotten my password for Spotify and it keeps asking me for my current password. Is there anyway to set it to something generic so I can change it.?

To get a password reset:
1. Go to https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/
2. If you get redirected to your online profile (where you need to current password to make the change), you are still logged into the website. Click on your name at the top and choose Log Out.
3. Return to https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/ and you should be able to request a reset.

Hey! I got an email, followed the link but cannot reset the password! It says everytime that the problem occurs! What should I do?? and Why can't I contact anyone from Spotify? Like I cannot find Icon contact us!
