&lt;P&gt;They will normally get back to within 24 hours, but it can take a little longer for some issues if they need to go to a specific specialist team.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you post your case number here, which is in the automated email reply you get when you submit a contact form I can escalate it to make sure it gets looked at as soon as possible for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
