My playlist only downloaded half of my songs and I can't get it to download the rest. I even tried to reinstall the app. Please help!!

I'm assuming your on Windows?

How many tracks are in the playlist? You're limited to 3,333 offline tracks per device, on a maximum of three devices.

I have about 230 songs on my playlist and yes I'm on windows. Does this sound like I have to have whatever wiped clean?

Are you trying to make tracks available on a windows machne or download them onto a mobile device?

What mobile device, operating syste and spotify version please? Do you have plenty of free memory on the mobile device?
