Need help (Urgent)

hi I cant seem to log into my account using my email address, i think i may have miss typed my email address when registering.
i have given you my bank details for my email address & have not received any emails regarding welcoming to your service
i can log in using my Facebook account but nothing is loading.
What do you suggest i do......?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

When you registered, did you not create a dedicated Spotify username and password to log in using?

Logging in with your email address is only for accounts created via Facebook.

Still nothing.... dosnt reconise my password!!!
getting to the point i wish id never joined this site........looks like i'll be paying for nothing as no one wants to help!!!!!

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to get this sorted out for you without a doubt!

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
