&lt;P&gt;First things to do:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Check your&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/" target="_self"&gt;online overview&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;just to confirm your account is back on free.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Check your email, normally when this happens its due to a failed payment and you will have got an email if that is the case.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
