&lt;P&gt;I suggest you submit an &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact" target="_self"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt;; and someone at Spotify should be able to remove that duplicate for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Premium dissapeared</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I logged out yesterday and have had a fair bit of difficulty logging back in. My account was done via facebook and it would not let me log back in using those details yesterday (it was logging me in then asking me to sign in using an existing account (even though it was actually logged in and i could see my name on the top right)). Eventually i got logged in but my username changed from my name to a series of numbers. I can now log in via the desktop app and through facebook but its logging me in as a free user even though I should have premium installed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have done a bit of reading through similar threads on these forums and it sounds like i may have a duplicate profile? How can i go about removing this one profile so i can log back in and gain access to my premium account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
