NUS Discount?

Hi, I just tried to register for Spotify premium, put in my card details and expected to see a box that I could put my NUS number in but no... Nor can I find an option to enter my NUS card number in my account. Where can I put my NUS number to get the discount?

I just got my new NUS extra card and I would like to use the spotify premium discount.

I clicked the above link and when I am prompted to enter my password again to proceed to payments, I got this message:

Student discount

This feature is currently unavailable. Please try again later.

Can someone please advise how to workaround it? I've tried using your contact form too but no one ever came back for weeks.

im also having the same problem.

I have a free acc and it wont let me complete with nus? says pls try later?

yep.... i used to have a prem acc but cancelled it and then i realised i could use my NUS

Wondering if your old card details are stopping you from using NUS.

If you go to: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/ will it allow you to remove your payment method?
