Recover my account

Hi,

I logged in yesterday and for some reason my Facebook account got disconnected and I lost all my playlists. I reconnected to Facebook but I still don't get my playlists and I see my other account with all the songs. The account I lost has the following ID : 1226756890. Please help me recover this account and connect this to my Facebook account.

there is a Current issue concerning Facebook login and Spotify is currently investigating it. i'm sorry for the inconvience

I can't access my old account and playlist anymore since I mistakenly linked my facebook account which I always used to log in to spotify account to a new account I created. Whenever I search for playlists I created using my original account I see something like the playlist was created by 1149997469. I really need to gain control of that account back. I am currently unable to login into it

@Lakehay - If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to get that account restored for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
