&lt;P&gt;When you got in touch with support via the contact form, you should have gotten an automated email reply with a case number in it. Can you reply directly to that email? It will bump your case in the system and an advisor will then get back to you as soon as possible &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>NUS Discount Not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, when I am attempting to activate my discount everything goes fine with entering the nus card number etc. But when it tells me I need to enter my password on facebook for security reasons, I enter it and then it just redirects me the spotify web page saying that the feature is currently unavailable?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Help would be much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I used Nus discount link and when I am prompted to enter my password again to proceed to payments, I got this message:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;H2&gt;Student discount&lt;/H2&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This feature is currently unavailable. Please try again later.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Can someone please advise how to workaround it? I've tried using spotify contact form too but no one ever came back for weeks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
