Error 408

I'm at the moment in France but I live in Ireland , spotify did work for the last 20 days here in France without any problems but today the 408 error happened therefore I can't access my music anymore.
I provided my card details and everything to become a premium member but when I go to the Internet site it stills showing like if I were a non premium member.
Can I know what's going on here ?

Hi there, and welcome to the community!

When you entered your card details, did you actually upgrade to premium - have you been charged in the last 30 days? If so, then you should make sure you're using the correct details as it is possible you've created a duplicate account. The customer services team will be able to sort this if you contact them using the Support Form.

If you haven't been charged in the last 30 days, then you didn't upgrade to premium for this month and you should just upgrade normally 🙂

Are you getting error code 408? If not, please turn off your caps lock and explain what platform amd operating system you are using and how you are logging in, what happens and if you get any error messages.

i'm getting error code 101 - 126, every time i want to login on facebook at spotify it won't work! by the way I'm using windows vista

Your desktop can't connect to the spotify servers. Try the steps in this FAQ and post agian if you still have issues.

it still doesn't work! the issue is that I can't login with my facebook account!

Hey @moontjhe 🙂

Would you just be able to confirm are you logging into the client using your Spotify username and password or using your Facebook email address and password?
