Spotify Premium Transfer

I'm currently living in Ecuador, and am a bit dissapointed that I cant access my music. However, I have heard that if you buy premium while in the states, you can continue using it in a country that otherwise doesn't have it available. So my question is, if I had my brother purchase premium on my account in the U.S , would I be able to use it here in Ecuador?

Yes, you would be able to use it if your brother purchased it from the states. Be aware you must go into online mode at least once every 30 days to verify your subscription is still active.

Although that being said, doing so is in breach of the Spotify Terms of Service since you are not a resident in a launch country therefore your account could be suspended at any time without warning.
