      <description>&lt;P&gt;Case number is the unique identifier you will have gotten from the contact system when you got in touch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It would have been displayed on the screen and it is also displayed in the automated email reply you get when you submit a contact form which confirms your case was submitted successfully.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

Post the case number here and we'll try to chase it up for you.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you haven't submitted the contact form, do it now. Stuff like this won't be sorted in an open forum as it involves too much personal information.&lt;/P&gt;
