&lt;P&gt;When cancelling your subscription that wouldn't have removed your premium, it would just mean your premium wouldn't auto-renew at the end of the month, so it sounds like you have accidentally created and logged into a duplicate account. Can you double check you are logging in using the correct details? Its amazingly easy to have two accounts, one with a Spotify username and password and another using your Facebook email address and password.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you can't find it, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_blank"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt; and they will be able to track it down for you &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Now i wanted to ask how i go about paying the premium manually or possibly get it debited again so i can get my account up and running again. &lt;P&gt;If payment failed then Spotify will try and take payment again in a few days - if the payment then fails again, you'll revert to free and will have to manually resubscribe.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you leave Spotify, and ensure you have the money in your account in the next few days, then it'll be taken and you'll have uninterupted premium &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If your account has reverted to Spotify free then just follow the steps to resubscribe on your&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/" target="_self"&gt;online account&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and that should get you up and running again. If your account is still showing as premium, then the system will automatically try to take payment again in a few days and you should remain on premium until then.&lt;/P&gt;

I do not have a duplicated account, this is the one i paid on and where i have the reciete on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;So, the mistake is not in my hands - but in spotify's hands and you are to fix it from my point of view as i allready paid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
