Sorry, Unhandled error

I have logged in and tried to edit my account to change my password. However, I get a message stating "Sorry, Unhandled error." I have tried to clear my browser cache and use a different browser. This is happening on both FIrefox 23.0.1 and Internet Explorer.

Any ideas as to how to change my password and edit my account?

I am having the same issue.

I just signed up for an account today, and after I downloaded and installed Spotify on my Mac OSX, I am prompted to log in, but I get an error telling me I have an incorrect password. When I click on "forgot password" - it takes me to my profile on Spotify and asks me to change the password, but I get "Sorry, unhandled error."

Using Firefox 23.0.1

I thought maybe to try clicking on Try Premium for Free, but I get "Not available for Purchase."

Would really like to see how Spotify works, but can't seem to get logged in via the installer. Thanks.

Hey there.

If your account is connected with Facebook, you can login also with facebook details email/password. If your account is Facebook created, you can change your password from Facebook pages.

If it's Spotify account, please confirm to me, then I can escalate this to right person in Spotify community.

This is a spotify account. I do not use FB to log in.

I tried logging on with my Facebook and Facebook password, but I get: An error occured. A firewall may be blocking Spotify... etc.

But also cannot log on using my Spotify name and password using the desktop app.

Hi.

I always get "Sorry, unhandled error". Never been able to change the profile. I only use a spotify login, no facebook.

I've been trying for months to change the notifications (all) to "never" and "no emails" but always get "Sorry, unhandled error".

And there's no answer to what it can be when I search on it in the Help.

Anybody knows why this keep happening?
