Error 410

Getting a few wired errors with spotify. If I try to logon with my spotify email with one password I get into an "empty" spotify with nothing in itm and no subsription. If i log in with the same email, but a difrent pasword, i get this screen.

The playlist is my real one, but I cannot use it

Do you have a username?

When you use your email address you're actually logging in with your Facebook account...

I always use my email(facebook apperently) to logon. I have no idea if i have a user name.

Error 410 is one of those errors which can happen for a number of reasons and for that reason is a bit tricky to diagnose without being able to look into your accounts. If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will definitely be able to help you out further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
