&lt;P&gt;El día de hoy realicé una compra de un cupon premium a mi cuenta, el problema es que por error lo compré a mi cuenta anterior(La de facebook).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Mi Facebook fue dado de baja hace unos meses, y no me deja acceder, deseo saber que puedo hacer para recuperar mi suscripción en mi nueva cuenta.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Welcome to the community &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_blank"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt; and they will be able to get that subscription moved over to the correct account for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>
