Hi, and welcome to the community!

I moved your post to accounts 🙂

First, could you check it says premium on your subscription overview? If it does, make sure you're logging in on mobile with the correct account, and then try and reinstall the mobile app 🙂

If it doesn't, make sure you're using the correct account. If you think you are, then contact the payments team using the Support Form 😉
