Program problems!!!

I've been having a problem with Spotify closing out on my macbook while perfoming tasks such as deleting songs from playlists or moving songs from artist pages to playlists. These are simple tasks that closes the entire program even from my task bar at botto of page. This is kind of scary. After program closes I have to back into my applications and reopen Spotify. What is the issue all of a sudden? Should I re-install Spotify? Thank You!
