&lt;P&gt;Firstly, yes you probably have 2 accounts, a facebook one (email login) and a Spotify one (username login).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I suggest you submit an &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact" target="_self"&gt;online contact form&lt;/A&gt;; and someone at Spotify should be able to help you reset your password.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I forgot my password for my Spotify premium account (CaitlinJarvis) and can't reset it on the website because it says I can only change my password if I know my old password. I just downloaded the spotify app for the iphone and logged in with my email address (caitlinirene@gmail.com) but it didn't have any of my playlists or anything and it said that it was the free spotify. Do I have two accounts? How can I reset my password for my premium account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
