Lost playlist

Hello spotify Community,

I don't know how but i lost my playlist named "Songs" and i found it but it says that the username is all numbers its "1255344191" like the account has been deleted or something but the playlist is still there. That used to be my account but i somehow created a new account and now my playlist is gone. Could someone move that playlist to my account? if so Thank you very much!

My Spotify account name is Patrick Thongbok right now.

Hey @Nofuture ! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to get that sorted out for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
