Payed Premium to the wrong Spofify Account

Hi Spotify,

I am a customer since a couple of years. My credit card Expired and know when I continued with another card I seems like my payment was maid to a different Spotify account.

I want to activate the right account but I guess that will make me pay double.

Spotify, can you please help me.

Just get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and they will be able to get this sorted out for you. If you get an automated reply directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly.
