Spotify Has Created Two Accounts For Me!!!!!!

So logged onto spotify today to see all my playlists have been deleted and I was no longer a subscribed member. Was raging at first but it seems like spotify has just created a new account for my logon. As I have friends who have followed me (my old account) and they are still following it but I can't log onto it. Whenever I log on it just goes to this new account which has nothing n it. could someone delete this new account so that I can log onto my new one or something?

My old account the one I want back doesn't have my name anymore instead my friends are following an account 1155703553 (which is my old one as I checked all the layslists etc and I made them).

Hi. If you contact customer services using the online contact form , they'll help get this sorted. If you get an automated reply directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly (even though it says not to) to speed things along.
