Problem Changeing Country settings

Hi, I have a roblem changeing my country setings, I'm from Spain and I use my spanish card number to pay spotify monthly, I recently moved to England but I want to use the credit card from spain, how do I change my country details in Spotify?

Hi.

That would mean that in first place you already changed your account to a UK based account right?

In this case contact the Spotify support. I had similar issue recently and they pushed my account to be a USA based account.

They will be able to do the same for you and change your account to Spain based and you shall be able to use your credit card.

I believe however that you should be able to do that from within the settings yourselve. If you change country to Spain and enter your credit card number it should accept it. If not you could also temporarily use a VPN Service and connect to a Spain Server to make the changes in case they do Geo Location checking.

@jordiiboschh - You should be able to change your country to Spain and enter your card details to verify from this page (since your card and registered country need to be from the same country) 😉

No, the thing is I want to change my country details to UK, but i want to pay with my spanish credit card. I'm in UK now and I want to change them to UK settings becouse they still in Spanish settings, but the problem is that I want to keep using my spaish card.

Thats not possible I'm afraid, your payment card and the country your Spotify account is registered in must be the same.

If you want to subscribe in the UK, you either need a UK payment method or purchase a high street gift card and use that to pay for your premium.
