I am trying to redownload the program. I cannot remember my password. According to my computer at home my user name is Username: 1224167805 I tried signing in using that and also katjane which shows up in the corner at home. I tried several passwords that I thought it could be, but nothing works. I tried to use the reset password and got the following message:</P> <P>It looks like you are using your Facebook credentials to in to Spotify. To change your Facebook password go to etc etc</P> <P>I do not wish to change my FB password. I also tried to log in using FB, but since it is blocked here at work nothing happens.
