    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey there is no customer service for you guys. It's strange in this day and age you don't have any customer service at all.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway, could you guys delay a payment for a week.. You guys just aren't in sync with my pay cycle. The scary thing is, you guys don't seem to take enquires, so if it does lapse, I might shop elsewhere for a company that I can actually contact.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, &lt;a href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/544238"&gt;@Anaryl&lt;/a&gt;!&amp;nbsp;I don't know if it's possible to delay a payment for a week, however... If your account runs out of premium, you will still have a few days to provide new payment details so that Spotify can charge you for the service; during this time your account is still on its premium level. I know it's not much but at least it buys you some time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
