    <description>Hello,&amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;gt;I have a Premium Spotify account for about 1 year and up to now, i was very happy about the service.&amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;gt;Since the beginning of july, I experience some difficulty to make research with the PC version and I cant find the solution on the web. This is annoying but not disappointing.&amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;gt;Last week, I connected on my IPhone app and discover that all my playlist disappared. I hâve the same problem with my PC version. Thons is disappointing. I tried to send a mail to the support but up to now, I did not receive Andy answer.&amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;gt;Is there anybody that can help me ?&amp;amp;lt;br&amp;amp;gt;Best regards.</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you got in touch with support, you will have received an automated email reply with a case number in it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply)? That will bump your case in the system for an advisor to pick up.&lt;/P&gt;
