      <title>Duplicate Account problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently I posted my problem about having two spotifity accounts on the same facebook account. This weird new problem creates a new blanco account and makes it impossible to get on the other.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I was advised to contact customer services through your online contact form which I obviously filled out right away.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But it seems that spotify doesn't really value customer responsiveness as one of their guiding principles because I haven't heard a single thing from them ever since, while I was told that this was, and I quote "a common and easy problem to fix"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can't properly fix or even respond to a customer complaint or question, I wonder why you write down that you will respond to me within 48 hours.&lt;/P&gt;
