All Playlists Disappeared - Premium Subscriber

Today as I was walking to work I could see all my playlists disappearing from my device until I had none. I was using my android phone. As I managed to get hold of a desktop computer, I could see everything was gone from here either.

What happened and how can I recover my playlists.? I am a Premium Subscriber.

I tried logging out and in again with no luck.

Hey @elektrikblue ! Welcome to the community 🙂

Is your account still showing as premium (just to make sure you are logging into the correct account and not a duplicate)?

If so, I would strongly suggest you change your password as soon as possible to be sure no one else is using your account and then post on this topic to request the staff force log everyone out of your account.

Once that's done, check out the playlist recovery topic for instructions on how to recover your playlists.
