I want to give you a chance Spotify, I really do. I tried to subscribe a year ago but you wouldn't accept my card - despite every other online retailer being happy to.

So a year passed by and I try again and am met with repeated time outs for my payment attempt - despite it working just fine for me a few mins earlier when Spotify sneakily signed me in to my Facebook account rather than the one I wanted (and no, I did not make a mistake, I tried multiple times afterwords and it repeatedly did the same thing). If there's customer services I could really do with talking to them so they can sort this out because I'm not trawling this darn forum just so I can try the stupid product out. Get your **bleep** together.

Spotify Customer services can be reached via email using this form 😉

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Peter
