      <description>&lt;P&gt;Help please! My spotify has just stopped working! Won't play any music and keeps saying I am offline when I'm not! Ridiculous the amounts of problems I have been having. £5 a month for a load of problems. I have tried logging in and out etc and nothing is helping.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
