Cannot update payment details

Hi there,

My subscription to Premium has expired as I lost my credit card and had to get a new one. I'm trying to put in the new details but there's no field for it in 'subscription' section. It only allows me to change (but not save) my country.

any ideas?

Hey!

As your payment failed a few times, your payment details were deleted from the system. So there aren't any details to change right now. You should be able to get your subscription if you just upgrade normally.

When I try to upgrade, I select premium and select continue and it then gives me an error message saying please select payment provider but there's no option to select one. I don't have an option to enter my details either from the subscriptions area...

Is the option on the website still not there? This is quite odd.

Here's what I see when I click on premium and continue on the link you sent.

And above is what I see when I try to add payment details. Please note my country has not changed.
