help from admins please?

i tryed out spotify premium for free and my free trial ended sometime ago but i have not heard any commercials and my account still says spotify premium. can you please fix this problem because i do not want to get charged because i have no money and just want to stick to the free version of spotify

Well,
Maybe more people would actually email customer support if they actually worked... I mean hell my friend has been awaiting since 2-29-2012 and still nothing but yet other people with stupid duplicate account issues, stupid facebook issues, yada, yada... get better support then people who actually NEED HELP! and to top it off 90% of the FREE users get better support then the premium customers, WHAT A JOKE!
