Can't change payment info!

I am trying to change my payment info but I can't find the link in subscription!

Hi Falaphel,

What you need to do is select 'Subscription' from the drop down menu beneath your 'Nickens' username (upper right hand corner of this site).

From there just click "Change payment method or card details".

That is where I am but as you can see the link is not there

I have the same problem. Trying to upgrade to Premium again after my Visa card experied and I got a new one.

...same here. I follow instructions, but there's no link to update my expired card. The word "change" isn't even on the page 😕

I too have this issue. Trying to swap payment from Credit card to another Credit Card, and there is no link underneath the current card info.

This is also the case for me - no way of changing my payment details after I had to replace my debit card!
