It's best to contact the customer support from Tesla about this. They should be able to help further with this, as the Spotify Tesla app is developed by the manufacturer and not directly by Spotify.

You're just passing the buck. I have an account with Spotify that worked just fine with the old Tesla, it did not transfer to the new car. Now I cannot log in your website keeps saying wrong password. I've changed it and I still get the same message.
