My Question or Issue

The two shell pieces detached, and the ribbon that attaches the screen to the motherboard is unplugged. How do I secure the two pieces and reconnect the ribbon?

Spotify does not recommend that you try to repair the product by yourself. If you did not cause or initiate damage to Car Thing, you may be eligible to file a claim under the Limited Warranty. There is more information about that here which includes steps on how to file a claim.
