Car Thing option not available in settings

My Question or Issue

I've recently moved to the states from Australia, and got my hands on a Car Thing, however i am unable to locate the Option in settings to continue set-up. I've made sure im on the US app store and I've tried deleting and re-installing app, nothing has worked so far

Did you fix this? I just received my car thing and am having the same problem. The car menu dies not show up on my app settings

If you're not seeing the Car Thing option in your setting, it's possible that the account has a pending update or has some damaged cache stored from previous versions. In this case, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

If the issue persists, would you mind including the OS version of your device and the Spotify version you're currently running? This will give us a better look at the issue.
