My Question or Issue

Trying to connect my phone to the spotify car thing. I see the bluetooth device listed, I click, verify the code is the same on car thing and on phone, and then get popup that "accessory is not supported" anyone else get this? not sure what to do? phone is up to date. I have restarted process, and car thing multiple times
