Problems displaying song titles during playback

I listen to spotifay via kenwood KMM-BT306, and it is via Bluetooth,
not Spotify BT. Via Bluetooth, on newer versions, after 8.5.87.921,
when I switch songs, the previous song name is displayed on kenwood
KMM-BT306. That is, I listened to song number 1, listened to number 2,
switch to song number 3, and number 2 is still displayed. And no
matter how many songs I switch, there is always number 2. I reboot
kenwood KMM-BT306 and the first two songs are fine, and then again the
same thing.
