Car Thing won't add to cart

I finally received my offer email for Car Thing. I went through the steps to "Add to Cart" and then the next page where I assume I can see my cart does not load. Instead, the page I get reads, "It seems we've hit a dead-end" and gives me a "U-Turn Back" button. I tried using a different browser window and a different network and those did not work either. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks.

Is anybody else getting a message that says the offer isn't valid anymore? Bc that's what it tells me 😞

Hello there!

I am still having trouble purchasing a Car Thing. I'm trying to purchase from the U.S. with a debit card, but when I first attempted to make the purchase I tried PayPal; PayPal had a separate issue with my bank, so it wouldn't let me make the purchase with their service. Whenever I try to add a Car Thing to my cart, I get a web page titled "Spotify Promotion Declined" that reads "Sorry, your offer has already been redeemed or is not valid."

I think maybe Spotify thinks that since I tried with PayPal, I already purchased the Car Thing, but nothing went through.

Please let me know about any updates as I can't wait to purchase a Car Thing. 🙂
