Hello,

I created a spotify account and I'm premium. I have created several play lists and created songs without having a problem. However, I recently wanted to add a song to a Playlist, but it was greyed out and unclickable/unplayable.

My friend however who has a spotify premium account as well can listen to the song without a problem.

Hi!

There are some songs not available to play. Try turnning off on settings the "show unavailable songs" option and searching it again.

Can you send us over the Spotify URI? Just right-click the track and copy us the info. Also, what country is your Spotify account set to?

I created a spotify account in Singapore, but moved to Austria now.. I want to renew my premium features here, but I don't want to do it unless I have access to all the songs that are available here in Austria. Is it maybe because I have a singaporean subscribtion ?
