Why my track isn't on the charts?

Hi! Don't really know where to post this but I'll try here. I released a song a while ago that recently was featured in a TV commercial and since january 8:th the song is streamed well over 15.000 times daily in Sweden, but still don't make it to Swedens top 200 daily chart. How is that possible?

Please check the attachments with stats from jan 17.

The song in question is Alaa, Snouz - Before You Let Me Go (VIP Radio Edit)Streams in Sweden (17/1)Spotify top 200 (17/1)

Well, honestly I sent an email to them but the respons time is very long 😞 Last time I had an issue it took 2 month before I got a reply so I thought maybe someone in the community had experienced simliar.
