Tracks are added by the artist/label so you would have to ask them.

Spotify tries really hard to get music available on their service, but in the end the availability of music on Spotify is up to the artist and their music label.

A label is not necessary. There are plenty of services that put your music on Spotify for a percentage or for a flat fee. No need for a label.
