Only 3 tracks show up, the rest is grayed out. Why can't it be completely available?

Hello, whoever owns the music (artist or label) decides which songs are available to stream. That particular album appears to be a compilation, which are usually owned by music labels.

Yeah it is a compilation and I used to be able to get all the songs from it pieced together from different releases in the same playlist.
