&lt;P&gt;That is very odd. Usually, Support gets back fast. Have you checked your Spam folder in case the email got misplaced there?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Reported a wrong song title, no response from support, what can I do?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the beginning of January, I reported a wrong song title using the correct support form, but got no response from Spotify support. And yes, the song title is still wrong &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to see the status of the support case (case # 07189051)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No, I did not check the spam folder... Now it's too late I guess (spam gets deleted after 30 days). I have reported that problem over the German support form, maybe there is some translation step involved which causes delays or something. I think I will just try again with the English support form.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can also reach the German support team on &lt;A href="http://facebook.com/spotifyhilft" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Facebook &lt;/A&gt;or &lt;A href="http://twitter.com/spotifyhilft" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Twitter&lt;/A&gt;. Make sure, if you use the first one, to reply to any automated email you'll receive directing you back to the community &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
