When I checked the Global Top 50 playlist, I noticed that Fetish and Bad Liar (Selena Gomez's songs) artist names were replaced with Jenny Duncan. Who is Jenny Duncan?

Good question!

I also noticed Jenny Duncan is present in Google Play.
Looks a bit messy... Album art is some odd quality as well.

Gomez' label should be told about this. : ) You can report the error by sending a message to the internal teams at Spotify here - they'll look further into this.

I noticed this problem as well; I also have 2U by Justin Bieber and David Guetta listed under Daniel Marcy, similar to in your screen shots! And today the songs aren't even playable when accessed through the US Top 50 playlist, but when I searched the songs via the artists themselves, it was no problem. However, searching the name Jenny Duncan yieds a blank artist page that allegedly has 211, 006 followers but has no songs.
