topic Internet Lounge in Content Questions

I wanted to make sure that what I have posted is within the user guidelines and not in any violation. I simply embedded a posted using a users playlist on a site made for listening to music or what I like to call an online venue. As far as I can tell there should be nothing wrong. The user is ok with the post.

My concern is mostly with the labels of the performers and if there would be any sort of problem with usage mostly payment. The other concern is if it might be deceptive or thought of as a Brand, rather than an extension of an Art Exhibition concept. I tried to make the URL as generic as possible to get the idea across. See image or visit http://lounge.band for visual.

I have already sent an email to technical support last week with no answer, then found this part of your site.

Hey @rleepresson!

Thanks for making us aware of this.

As laid out in our T&Cs, Spotify is for personal entertainment only and not for commercial use. This means it can’t be played in public places such as bars, restaurants, stores, schools, etc.

For guidelines on embedding a playlist onto a website we'd suggest reading this.

As you've already reached out to our customer support via email, we'll let them get back to you and answer any further questions you may have 🙂

Thanks!

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I have read through most of the areas that would be of interest but will read again. In my email, I specifically mention the part of the Terms & Conditions and was asking for an approval of the content. I could add a line to the legal for Spotify embed sharing? I will await further instructions or approval from Customer Support.

I am really trying not to involve any commercialization of the site. Simple and straightforward with content changing every so often.
