Though for different reasons, I also desire the same sort of feature. Since I do not have to worry about censorship for anyone, I REALLY want an option that allows me to remove "clean" results from my Spotify. There are few things as annoying as really getting into a favorite song and have words being constantly cut out. I cannot believe this has not already been addressed. Actually, I can't believe this was not included in the original release like it is with other providers. I am going to keep poking around but, if I cannot find a way to do this, I am going to cancel my Spotify subscription as well.

I've been searching the forum and I can only see multiple (hundreds) of posts about Spotify's lack of ability to block explicit songs. I'm on premium and would go to family premium for my Wife and Daughter's, but I cannot find explicit controls. We don't want to search for a track and play it if it's clean. We want the ability to turn on explicit songs and let the music play. We're going back to Pandora for this reason. Thanks, Spotify, it was a fun year. 🙂
