Missing songs on an album

I'm trying to listen to the song Can't Take My Eyes off of you, right? I go to the Jersey Boys soundtrack, and it's not there. What's with that? Why is that not included? I know it should be. I've listened to the song before on the same album. Why is that the only song that isn't there? I know it's supposed to be there, it's considered a musical theatre standard at this point.

It looks like no one got back to you, but in case someone else has this question, here's the answer:

Spotify would love to have all the world's music and podcasts available, but what's available can vary over time and between countries because of permissions from rights holders.

Rest assured, Spotify is constantly updating its library with new content every day. So, if you're missing something now, there's a good chance it might show up (or make a comeback) in the near future!
